President of Estate Consultant, Claude Barbier has a law degree and, after holding different posts at various firms such as Cori and Weatherall, plus 15 years at Jones Lang Wootton as General manager, now oversees every area within the company.

Joëlle Barbier
Joëlle Barbier is Sales Director at Estate Consultant. With a background in languages and law, she worked for several years for an international law firm, before co-founding the company in February 1994. Joëlle is currently head of the Marketing and Communications and Public Relations departments.

Holder of a business law degree from Paris II University and a Masters in international law, Guillaume Barbier worked for two years in Quebec in the industrial sector. He joined Estate Consultant in October 2005 as consultant in our Sales department.

Paul Taylor
Paul Taylor is a British Chartered Surveyor who has worked in France and southern Europe for the past twenty years. Paul has worked with consultants such as Jones Lang Lasalle and Bourdais in Paris as an investment specialist. He is currently responsible for our cross border Capital Markets department and our Valuation department.

Olivier Huon
Olivier Huon started at Estate Consultant in 1997 as a consultant for corporate clients. After obtaining his business degree, he went on to work as a consultant for Atis Real Auguste Thouard, DTZ Jean Thouard and Kéops, and now possesses an overarching perspective of the commercial real estate market.

After receiving a Masters degree in Project Management for Construction from the University of Brighton, Sylvain joined Colt Telecom for five years, where he worked on the construction of a Paris region network and very high bandwidth access for Paris Corporate Clients. He joined Estate Consultant in October 2005 and is now a consultant in our Sales department.

Catherine Vivet
Now in her sixth year at Estate Consultant, Catherine Vivet is our Management Secretary in charge of accounts, human resources, reception and the Document department. Catherine previously worked for an international ship classification company as Accounts Manager at the head office in France, a position she held for 16 years.

Yana Kut
Yana Kut has two Masters Degrees - in English Language (University of Omsk)and in International Commerce (University Paris VI - Sorbonne). She joined the company in 2006 and now is a member of our Investment Department. Her knowledge of French, English and Russian Languages helps the international development of Estate Consultant.

Laura Gerchik
After 3 years working for the French government in foreign direct investments, assisting US companies set up in France, in the NY office of the Invest in France Agency, Laura Gerchik has recently joined Estate Consultant's Investment team. Laura holds a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in Integrated Marketing Communications, and spent a year studying marketing at Dauphine University in Paris.

Florence Fauvage
Prior to joining Estate Consultant, Florence occupied various sales,representative positions including the management of recruitment and project, coordination at a software and computing services company (SSII). In her current role as Client development manager, she oversees outreach and follow-up services to clients through close collaboration with the agency's consultants.
