Once the client's real estate needs have been identified, the next stage involves working with the client to find the most effective solutions in terms of space and location. We then guide the client each step of the way - from negotiation right through to closing the transaction.
This all-inclusive approach may be complemented by a range of expert services, from valuing unused properties to researching solutions for increasing their value, and commissioning firms capable of seeing the optimum solution through to completion. Whatever the assignment, since Estate Consultant is not affiliated to any financial or property investment group, clients are assured that we work with uniquely their interests at heart.
